Here are some other cool shows you should watch. I'm sparing you a big introduction so you'll take those extra minutes and read about these shows so read this (click on each pic to link to official sites) |
| So Little Time (ABC Family - check local listings) |
| Okay, sue me, but I totally love the Olsen twins. Hello, they are worth like $500 million. Not bad for girls who can't drive yet. This show is really cute and for the first time (I think) they are playing characters whose first names don't start with M and A. (I'm assuming that was always done so you could keep track of which girl was which) Chloe and Riley are too rockin' girls living in Malibu. Of course, they have great clothes and a great house. Go figure. And I love Ashley's curly hair. It's so "hey, look I'm different, I'm not a twin". They live at home with their mom and their housekeeper, Manuel, and their separated dad lives nearby. Totally cute, check it out and be jealous. |

Friends
(NBC - Thursdays 8pm)
|
|
While I know Laurie hates this show more than anything in the entire world, I really really like it. And I'm not just saying that to irritate her. I usually have to just watch this show late at night when the old season's are on cuz my Thursday's are booked up, but now that I have 2 tv sets it still doesn't change anything (I've got Survivor AND Charmed). But I know this season is gonna rock, what with Rachel's baby and all. So watch it and keep me up-to-date on our boards!!! Thanks in advance. |

Alias
(ABC - Sundays 9pm)
|
| Ok, so I just recently got into this totally awesome series, thanks to an all-day marathon on the ABC Family Channel, and I couldn't be more psyched about it! I mean, it took several episodes before I really understood the plot, but when I did, I knew I was hooked for good. Double agent Sydney is played by and amazing actress Jennifer Garner (wife of Felicity hottie Scott Foley) You might remember her from her recurring role as "Hannah" on Felicity. And she looks so great in the outfits she wears as part of her different alias. Can I be her? (PS - look out Buffy, this girl kicks some serious booty) And her CIA handler, Michael Vartan (the teacher from Never Been Kissed), is still really hot, so that's a nice bonus. And I sat next to Ron Rifkin (who plays the evil guy) at dinner one night, and he looks just as shady in person. I never thought I could get into a Sunday night TV show, but this one is completely worth it. Oh yeah, and the opening credits music is killer. |

Reba
(WB - Fridays 9pm)
|
| Alright, when I first heard that the WB had dumped my FAVORITE show Popular for something called "Reba" starring Reba McEntyre, I was pissed off. Big time. And now? I am still not thrilled and would give anything to see Mary Cherry ONE MORE TIME, but its' not as awful as I thought it would be. The show is actually pretty funny. Reba as the mother of a pregnant high schooler who just married her boyfriend? It's actually alright. But Reba is the only one in the family with a southern accent. And they live in Texas. Hmmmm. That bugs me. But check it out, you never know. Reba might grow on you. |

ER
- (NBC - Thursdays 10:00 pm)
|
| I know this show is sorta for grown ups which is guess means me so I decided to give it some props on my webpage. I've actually been watching this show semi-regularly for years, especially when the Incredible Hunk himself, George Clooney, was on, because it's a great show. But you probably know that. I always love that they have cool guest starts like Kirsten Dunst (she rocked years ago!!!), and other random teen actors. Plus Maura Tierney and Noah Wyle rock. |

Will
& Grace - (NBC - Thursdays 9:00 pm)
|
| Could I laugh
any harder at a tv show? I don't THINK so! This show rivals the now-defunct
Popular for funniest show ever! I can't decide who I love better: Karen cracks me up everytime she yells at her maid Rosario, and let's face it, her voice is pretty funny too. Jack is the most flaming gay guy ever, and you just have to love him for it. I love that he is so over the top. Grace is so neurotic. She rocks. Love the ep when she sleep over Karen's house and won't leave. (I am laughing just thinking about it right now) And Will is just hot. Good actor too, good character. And hot. This show is really easy to get into even if you've never seen it before, so check it out. |

Law
& Order - (TNT - Weeknights 7:00 and 11:00 pm)
|
Ok, I really never thought I'd like this show. I mean, it's all old people, solving crimes, blah blah blah I thought it might be like Murder She Wrote or something. But it's SO not! I don't actually watch the new eps though (too much other tv is a priority), but I am totally hooked on the old reruns. Hey, if I've never seen them before, they are new to me! At least Benjamin Bratt is there to look at in some of them, but other than that, it's just crusty old people. So you have to watch for the whole "whodunit" factor, ya know? But it's only an hour of time, and well spent at that. It also makes me think about all the psychos that are out there since it's based in NYC, where I live. |
